  • Functions of several variables.

  • Probability calculus: Basics of probability calculus, definition of probability, properties of probability, conditional probability, relay experiments, perfect probability, Bayes' formula. Sequences of independent events. Random variables.
  • Basics of statistics, data collection and editing, data processing. Measures, estimators, properties and methods for obtaining estimators.
  • Mean values, variance.
  • Some continuous and discrete distributions.
  • Time series, regression analysis, correlation analysis.
  • Hypothesis testing. Tests for parameters of the normal distribution. Other parametric tests. Examples.
