The Alumni Club of the College of Ptuj (VŠP) is an official association that connects graduates of the College of Ptuj under its umbrella.
Alumni VŠP represents a meeting point for mutual connections between graduates, offering opportunities for networking and encouraging further professional and personal development, lifelong learning, research and, last but not least, socializing.No matter what you want to do – develop, build, or just stay up to date – Alumni VŠP remains the place to connect you in these endeavors. - Connecting and socializing graduates with professors, researchers, colleagues, students and partners of the university,
- Further personal and professional development of graduates,
- Professional and scientific cooperation of graduates with a member of the VŠP,
- Encouraging and accelerating the integration of pedagogical and scientific research work of VŠP with employers,
- Ensuring a high-quality offer of VŠP study programs through feedback from graduates,
- Promoting the knowledge and achievements of its members, promoting study programs and ensuring the reputation of the profession in the field of the VŠP member in the social environment and beyond,
- Participation in promotional activities to ensure recognition and strengthen the reputation of the VŠP, thereby raising the value of its graduates,
- Exchange of experiences and examples of good practice in the field,
- Strengthening the identity and sense of belonging to the community of high school graduates.
The VŠP Alumni Club achieves the above goals through::
- Organization and implementation of scientific conferences and workshops, seminars, courses and lectures, events for the general public, professional training, consultations, round tables and other events,
- Organization and implementation of social and sports meetings at the local, national and international level,
- Connections and partnerships in scientific research and development activities,
- Participation of graduates in the preparation or renewal of existing study programs,
- Issuance and publication of publications and other forms of promotion of the field,
- Encouraging employers from Slovenia and abroad to join the VŠP Scholarship Fund,
- Connecting with organizations and individuals who have similar goals and purposes, to involve club members in projects in Slovenia and beyond,
- Informing graduates and the public about pedagogical and scientific research achievements in the field of VŠP members,
- Pooling capital of knowledge, ideas and business connections and contributing to the profession.
