Contents:

Lectures will be on the information society, data protection, computer architecture and trends in the development of hardware and software, the use of modern ICT in various areas (e-mail, web search, blogs, RSS, Moodle, e-banking, e-business, system connectivity, etc.), operating systems, computer graphics, databases, networks, the Internet and websites, word processing, the use of spreadsheets, preparing presentations, and the basics of programming.

Laboratory exercises in the computer lab are conducted in the same sections as listed above. The exercises are supplemented with homework assignments from each section.
