A professional and successful employee, in their relationships with colleagues and external business partners, masters the rules of business protocol and business etiquette, which is why the knowledge and skills of business communication and management are essential for the success of a company. Managers are a model of communication in the company and thus set the unwritten rules of communication with their behavior. For this reason, it is important to make managers aware that their way of communicating is "contagious", as other employees imitate it over time.
