I am a lawyer by education, I have worked in various leadership and management positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and higher education, I was the director of the municipal administration of the city municipality of Novo Mesto, I am now a retired Secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructure, habilitated in the fields of "Law and Logistics", I teach at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering Novo Mesto, Arema College of Regional Management and Ptuj College. I have focused my research on the study of logistics, infrastructure, law and legal sciences, intelligent systems and mobility, I am particularly interested in the introduction of robots into production, the coexistence of natural and artificial intelligence and the legal security of the use of modern systems and devices. I have graduated a large number of students at the Faculty of Logistics in Celje, the Faculty of Industrial Engineering Novo Mesto and the College of Regional Management.
