Description

Communication and thus information are key categories that affect the success of a company. A good businessman must be a good leader, a good decision-maker, negotiator, motivator, speaker, and above all, he must love people so that he can influence their actions through proper communication.
Participants will understand the principles of communication as an interpersonal process, understand the basic reasons why communication disorders occur, and upgrade their knowledge and experience of professional communication.
